The insulation systems used by Multiguard involve the mechanical and/or
adhesive fixing of insulation boards to the outside of a building, which is then
covered with a mesh reinforcement, a base coat and a final decorative finish.
This layered method encases the property and helps prevent heat from escaping unnecessarily from the property.

After fitting our insulation system the uvalue is reduced to 0.48
Previously they were using four dehumidifiers which filled up the water tanks

is a versatile water and oil repellent treatment
for the protection of permeable surfaces against
damp, frost, fungi growth and moss, and is ideal
for use on porous interior and exterior walls.
Protectguard has characteristics which resist
deposits caused by atmospheric pollution, and
any new surfaces treated with it retain their
new look, whilst older surfaces will stay clean
for a much longer period than untreated areas.
Protectguard deeply penetrates any porous surface
and is invisible when dry.
Protectguard is used to treat porous
surfaces which may fall victim to graffiti vandals,
and will resist the penetration of paint and ink
pigments, resulting in the use of only a medium
pressure wash to remove it.
Protectguard is used to good effect
